The best of the whole trip! A small typical Italian Restaurant called: Al Vento

It was a Tuesday night so we got the special Date Night Menu. I thought that was pretty cool!

The best part was this homemade gelato.

Scott had the Vanilla Scoop and I had the pistachio, which was the best one!

Great service, great place, awesome food!

We totally recommend it. 

Nickelodeon Universe, Mall of America

Monday Night, it was our Family Home Evening.

We decided to do something fun and different. 

We went to the Mall of America and bought day passes to ride all the rides on the Nickelodeon Universe. It was really cool!!!

Our favorite ride was probably the water lodge ride. Which is like a way smaller version of Splash Mountain, but still really cool.

Oh yeah, you really got soaked! haha

A lot of people doing wake boarding, riding their bikes, sailing, running. 

It was really cool to see that.

Chino Latino Restaurant, MN

Chino Latino was a super popular restaurant that many people told us to try.

The place was pretty cool, the food. Decent. It wasn't our favorite.
