23 anos no hospital.

Muitos podem pensar.. Nossa passou o aniversário no hospital que triste.. Porém posso dizer que não teria outro lugar onde gostaria de estar além daquele quarto de hospital ao lado dos meus familiares e dando graças que meu pai estava vivo e bem.

 Sou muito grata ainda por ter uma grande amiga assim como Natalia Calvillo. Que mesmo nesses momentos de preocupação e nervosiso, por não sabermos a condição e o perigo do AVC dele.. mesmo assim ela mostra que se importa e mostra o seu amor. Não tenho palavras pra demonstrar minha gratidão por ela e por sua amizade! Fez toda diferença no meu dia! Obrigada!!!

Levei esses balões pro hospital pra alegrar o quarto do papi. 

 Estava uma delícia! Papi também adorou!! hehe

The reason why I went to Brazil in July was because my Dad. He had a Vertebral artery dissection (VAD)

he was in the Intensive Care Unit for 5 days and in his room for 15 more days. 

I was lucky enough to see him out of the hospital the last day I was in Brazil.

I enjoyed being with family and eating my grandma's food. Vovó Linda sua comidinha é deliciosa!!!

I was able to take my brothers to the gym and extracurricular activities while my mom was in the hospital with my dad. We would take turns, but most of the days I would sleep there with him as well.

Early Birthday Celebration.

Since I was going to be in Brazil for my birthday we decided to celebrate a little bit earlier at a Steakhouse. Amor de Brasil. Churrascaria. We went for lunch before Scott headed to work. 

 

 I wish Scott could go to Brazil with me but he has to work.

Foot Massages + Vietnamese food.

 I told Scott I would get him a foot massage because he's always on his feet and his work is really hard.  So, he was getting his foot massage and said I could also get one. After we were going to grab dinner somewhere. The masseur told us about this Vietnamese place and we decided to give it a try. 

 After our feet massages we went to Saigon Palace  a famous Vietnamese place in town..

It was interesting. We liked it but we prefer Thai or Chinese.

Car Treasure hunt.

I created this car treasure hunt for Scott. I thought it was creative and fun! You can do this to your husband as well. It's a treasure hunt but inside the car and in the end you guys can go to drive-in movie theater! I got the idea from the Dating Divas and decided to create it my own.

Clue #1) You have the KEY to my heart this key leads to where the hunt STARTS. 

#2) You DRIVE me crazy like no one can BEAT find the next clue in the BACKSEAT!

#3) Start your ENGINE for a night that ROCKS you'll soon know why. Pss.. look in the GLOVEBOX.

#4) You fill me up & FUEL my FIRE check your gas tank to see whats going to TRANSPIRE.

#5) I'll never TIRE of you my HOTTIE hunk zoom on over & look in the TRUNK.

#6) You make my heart RACE you know it's true so how about a DRIVE-IN for two. I've got a blanket and popcorn too. So I can CUDDLE in the back with you! We'll find a place to park and be revving things up soon. What do you say? *Vroom* Vroom*

 Then you can prepare a goodie bag like this and you guys can go to the movies! :)

Mexican Food + NBA Final

El Camino, Charlotte NC. Everywhere we went was packed! We went to 3 different bars so crowded and so loud. El camino was right next to one and it was empty, they were closing it soon. On top of that, everything was raining! haha So we decided to sit back, relax and watch the NBA final. Charlie and Luke some of Scott's co-workers at CPI also joined us.
