Discovered Cake-in-a-Mug Recipe:
Mixture:
1 Box of Cake mix (chocolate, red velvet..)
1 Box of instant chocolate pudding
Then for the cake in a mug add:
1/2 a cup of the mixture
1 tbs of water
1 tbs of vegetable oil
Half an egg. (I usually make two at the time so I don't waste half of the egg)
Mix everything and put it in the microwave for 1 minute! TA DA!!
I've tried putting a little cinammon on top and that tasted good. I've also added nutella and whip cream sometimes. On mine, I usually just add milk! It's so great!

So I made "Brigadeiro" for all his classmates and also Brazilian hotdogs and we brought Guarana Antartica.
He set the bar high for all the other presentations and yes, he got an "A".
So proud of him!! His instructor loved the food.
