Surprise Date. Off to San Francisco!

Oh my goodness, where do I even start? Prepare yourselves because this post is going to be HUGE! Scott told me we were going on a date after class around 1 pm. He wouldn't tell me where we were going. Finally, when I was in the car he said "We are going to Idaho Falls". I'm thinking we are just going to have lunch there or something. Well.. he said "I need to stop at the airport to meet my flight instructor and purchase this new book". Since he started taking lessons to get his private pilot license  I'm assuming that's why we are going there... He asked: "Do you want to come meet my instructor or stay in the car?" I said: "Oh, I'll come meet him." He opened the trunk in his car and I saw a carry-on. He started laughing and I said "Wait.. what? Are we going somewhere?". (In my head I'm thinking maybe his instructor will fly us to Jackson or something). He replied "YES WE ARE!". At this moment I'm begging him to tell me where. When we are waiting in line he finally said: "We are going to SAN FRANCISCO!!!" I couldn't believe it! He had planned this for months and I had NO idea!!!!! I was so excited!!!!!
We arrive in Okland, check-in into our hotel and walked around to see the city.
We were also super hungry and we decided to eat at a local Peruvian restaurant.

The next day we did so many cool things! Scott and I we love to travel. Whenever we travel we like to experience the city like someone that would live there. We love learning about new cultures and going to different places. So we took the subway and we walked a lot and also took the buses. By doing that we met so many people along the way, it's so great!
We love local flea markets and fairs.
 Gorgeous flowers.
Wohoo baby, we are in San Fran! We walked around Pier 39.
